Request deletion of your app data
Use this page to delete your Goshen Seven account — CarryAll customer or staff — and the personal data linked to it.
Can you still sign in? Customers can delete their account instantly: open your profile in the CarryAll app or on the website and choose "Delete my account". Staff can request deletion from their profile.
Otherwise, submit this form with the email address on the account. An administrator verifies that the request is yours — we may contact you — and answers within 30 days.
Deletion erases your account, orders, messages, payment history, uploaded photos and files, support tickets, notifications and sign-in sessions. Completed payments are kept only as amount, currency, date and payment reference, with nothing that identifies you, for tax records.
